The Pacific Northwest

Two weeks together mid-summer.

Enjoying one another's company.

Over 1,600 miles.

42 hours in the rental car.

Exploring.

Eating.

Catching up with family and friends.

And being reminded of Philippians 4:4-13, "for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content... I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." (The passage we chose to study and reflect on throughout the trip.)

We continue to fall more in love with the Pacific Northwest every time we are there, and it is hard to leave... But as the plane descends just before landing, the lakes come into view, and we are reminded of how good it is to be back home and of how much we have missed Minnesota.

Too many memories and experiences to post about, so a glimpse of our adventures in photos will have to do.
