My mom and sister came for a short visit on St. Patty's Day which called for an Irish feast - Beef Guiness Stew, Colcannon Potatoes, and a Basil Beer Bread. Although we're not Irish, it was fun to try something a little different for dinner!
What a fun, weekday visit! If only it was longer. Lots of love and laughs at Zumba too. We're looking forward to having my sister live with us this summer and future frequent visits from mom and dad too.
