Enjoying Lately

Organic berries from the summer, frozen for fall and winter and great for making baked oatmeal.

Reminiscing and eating the last can of apple sauce from this day 4 years ago.

Quick stops at the newly opened TJs.

Comfort foods - Homemade soups with bread from the Farmer's Market and Whole Foods Bacon.

These Hillsong Lyrics. (Nothing can quite replace traditional hymns, but still enjoying these nonetheless.)

From Desert Song
All of my life, in every season,
You are still God,
I have a reason to sing,
I have a reason to Worship.

And from Oceans (Where Feet May Fail) -
And I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Your grace abounds in deepest waters
Your sovereign hand
Will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You've never failed and You won't start now

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders
Let me walk upon the waters
Wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith will be made stronger
In the presence of my Savior.

Crafting night with these wonderful friends.

Watching a squirrel take a mid-morning nap outside the dining room. The wind kept blowing his tail.

Fall bike rides around the neighborhood.

Eating pumpkin bars morning, noon, and night. Okay, not really, but I would if I could.

Coming home to the Minnesota version of Duck Dynasty.

Dreaming of another relaxing cabin weekend with dear friends.

Being challenged and reminded of the Gospel every Sunday, and sermon applications from church - "Pursue holiness with blood-bought power in light of blood-bought pardon in light of blood-bought promises." And that was only one point of four at the very end of the sermon. All we know is grace, mercy, and joy!
