It was delicious, and the dining experience is like no other. If you are looking for something to do on a beautiful summer afternoon and evening, venture over the border, among the bluffs and rolling hills to a pizza farm. You won't be disappointed. The views are incredible, and the pizza is delicious.
Things to Know Before You Go:
-This pizza farm has been open 15 years.
-They only take cash at this particular pizza farm.
-They change their menu and toppings, depending on what is in season.
-Bring your picnic blanket or table/chairs, plates, napkins, beverages, and other side dishes/dessert.
-There are no garbage cans. Whatever you bring, you take back with you.
-During peak season, it is BUSY. Expect to wait for your pizza at least 1-2 hours.
-Bring lawn games, cards, or board games to pass the time.
-Cell phone service is hard to come by. Have directions ahead of time or stop in town to get directions from the locals.
This is OUTSTANDING. I wish there were pizza farms near me!!
